Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Natu.Care tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
